Benji you would never know came from a colony of feral kitties behind an office building. He came to us at about 5 weeks of age, hissing, spitting, scared to death! It took him all of 2 days before he started purring at us to tell us this was his furrever home.
Now, thankfully, he was one of the lucky ones, along with his siblings. He has loving family. Sammie being his favorite.
He has online friends.
He is one happy, healthy, secure kitty who loves his furrever home! And we love him just as much!Happy Friday!!

I actually have sad news about Benji's ferral family. I just found out, I guess, last week, that the landlord of the office building where Benji's family lived, called Animal Control. He had them all trapped and, well...you know what happens to ferrals that go to animal control. Sad. I just wonder how many they were able to trap. I have a feeling Benji's dad might of escaped! He from what I have been told was a huge ginger tom, that I'm sure was very smart! But, on the same hand. Ferrals do suffer and have a hard time with life outside. Benji's ferral family were fed, but no one was vaccinated or had flea meds. If they were sick, no one to care for them and help them get better. Momma kitties have 2 to 3 litters a year with no extra nutrition. So, maybe they are better off?
I'm so glad Benji found such a great new home. He looks so happy and content.
